Jack Jacobs is a Senior Manager of Technology Risk and Assurance at Circle, where he provides embedded risk strategy and oversight across the organization’s most critical infrastructure. Operating at the intersection of finance and emerging technology, he delivers specialized assurance for cybersecurity, data protection, security engineering, and product blockchain compliance. Jack has extensive experience with various regulatory bodies spanning across both the United States (e.g. SEC, NYDFS, OCC) and overseas (e.g. ACPR, MiCA, DORA, FCA).
Prior to joining Circle, Jack held senior leadership roles at Protiviti, where he served as a Global FinTech Practice Lead. In this capacity, he spearheaded blockchain and cryptocurrency technology assessments, focusing on DevOps security, data privacy, and disaster recovery. His background also includes significant tenures at global financial institutions and consulting firms:

Jack holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware.
